Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery.
  • The item received is incorrect or not as described.
  • The product is expired or unfit for use upon arrival.
  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch and payment was already made.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used, opened, or partially consumed.
  • If the complaint is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • If the issue is due to misuse, improper storage, or non-compliance with usage instructions.
  • For bulk or custom orders, unless damaged or defective.

3. Return Process for Refund

To initiate a refund request:

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
  • In some cases, a replacement product or store credit may be offered as an alternative.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is initiated for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
